A drink for today, not to
"go off ", but to relax after a hard week
or a busy day. Recommended for those who will stay home or want
to avoid alcohol.
The "Milk of Love" so called in two variants:
Step One ˙ pick your favourite glass for scotch. Fill it with warm milk, add a pinch of salt and a lot of cinnamon and drink in small sips.

Camouflage: As some may not bear it in plain milk you have an alternative ˙ choose again your scotch glass. Pour into a shaker two thirds of a cup cold milk and one third whiskey. “Shake well before use”, fill up your glass and add a lot of cinnamon.
